All sales are final, non-refundable and non-returnable.

Policy for Damaged Prints

Unfortunately, from time to time artwork may arrive damaged from shipping. In the event that your print arrives imperfect I require that any damage claims be filed within 7 days of receiving your delivery, otherwise we cannot make a claim and therefore cannot assume responsibility. Please carefully open and inspect your artwork immediately upon receipt and if there’s an issue, carefully follow these instructions:

1. When the package arrives, check the outside of the tube and note any damage.

2. If damaged, photograph the outside of the package prior to opening it.

3. Open the package and photograph all of the damage.

4. Email the photos and your contact information to studio@claire-rosen.com with the subject line “Damage – Order #”
